If you have forgotten your password or have become locked out, please contact Prosperity Bank & Trust at 866-542-1155 or by email so that we may assist you with getting your password reset.
If you haven't already, choose Forgotten Password Setup through the User Options once you've signed onto Internet Banking. You will be able to reset your password without having to contact the Customer Service Center. The system will let you pick three questions. You remember your answers; you reset your password.
